We play every Sunday afternoon -- rain, wind, or shine. Summer's been hot, but that's why there's the juice lady. See you at the Yong He Fields fields beside Zhong Zheng Bridge!

Directions to the Yong He Playing Fields (*current field)

Grass fields (cleats or sneakers) with bleachers and a covered area in case of rain.

Construction - Jan 2010
Please note that construction of a new roadway is ongoing - each week the path to disc gets cut into more and more - the field as of yet is untouched but its days look limited.

By scooter

Drive south on Chong Qing Rd South and go across Zhong Zheng bridge (中正橋) into Yong He (at HePing West Road drive beside the bridge a little ways and take the second ramp. At the end of the bridge, you want the right hand exit. Take another right hand turn which will be a tight, low speed U-turn. This takes you down into the park.

Take the next left and circle all the way around on this road until you see the grandstand on your left. After one of the baseball diamonds there is a narrow road to take you close to the track and basketball courts. Park there (marked as a "P" on the map below).

By car

Drive south on Chong Qing Rd. South and go across Zhong Zheng bridge (中正橋) into Yong He. At the end of the bridge, you want the right hand exit. Take another right hand turn which will be a tight, low speed U-turn. This takes you down into the park.

Take the next left and enter the parking lot on the right. You can drive around to the left to get closer to walk the rest of the way.

By MRT

Please make note of the directions as it is easy to get lost your first time. There are several options for walking from the MRT stations. Detailed directions are below the map.

1. DingXi MRT - exit 2 - basically walk north and go over the flood wall.
a. easy but longer - red path, 10-15 min
b. shorter but tricky - blue path, 5-10 min

2. Guting MRT - brown path, 20-30 min
longer but many people walk from here. Arrange ahead of time to meet someone there (Britt, Dave, Germain, Elisa, Andrew, ...)

Blue Path - DingXi MRT - JUNE 2010 - THIS FLOOD WALL STAIRWELL IS CLOSED

4. Cross the street at the caution cross lights and walk down that alley.
5. Go down the street until you see a beauty salon on your right, make a left at the next alley (so you know where you are when you make the left on the corner there is a small "mom and pop" barber shop).
6. Go straight down the alley until you come to the end, there will be a small temple on your left, turn right and walk straight to the road.
7. Go across the street and you will see stairs, go up and over the highway, from here you will see the team's playing field.

Brown Path - Guting MRT (updated Jun 2010)
Go south across the Zhong Zheng Bridge (walking on the west side/your right side with the direction of traffic). More than half way across the bridge there is a metal stairwell leading down. Take this down and take a right through the car toll area, and then another right onto the main road. Follow this as it curves to the left. After the light take a left and cross the baseball fields towards the track/grandstand.
